This time I had a very bad experience with the customer service of wine chateau which I never had before. No answer to my 4 emails, 10 days delay before the case has been shipped. My loyalty ponts were not added to my account. The WC website doesn't work correctly... I am deeply disaponted. No reaction, no excuse. Perhaps they do not need me as a customer.Have to think to go to another Internet wine shop...
If you had free shipping with all orders it would be a deal. After you add shipping I can buy it cheaper here at home.
What's not to like? Great product; great price; great customer service and delivery!
Unbelievable price for this. Will be back for another case shortly. Thanks guys!

The Jack Daniel Distillery was licensed in 1866, making it the oldest registered distillery in the United States and a National Historic Site. The Jack Daniel Distillery – the oldest registered distillery in the U.S. – is where it all happens. It’s where Mr. Jack first crafted the recipe for Old No. 7. It’s where the pure, iron-free cave spring water flows. And it’s where every drop of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is still made today.
Cave Spring water flows year-round at 800 gallons per minute at a constant temperature of 56° and is virtually iron free. It’s the reason why the Distillery was located in this spot originally – and why it’s remained there ever since. Just outside the cave you’ll find a statue of Jack Daniel. The man himself, standing guard over this prized spring.
Made using the exacting standards of Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, Single Barrel is also charcoal mellowed and matured in new charred white-oak barrels. But where Single Barrel rests makes all the difference. Since it’s placed in an area of the barrelhouse where the spirit enjoys a more intense fluctuation within the barrel, what emerges is a unique rich, robust whiskey.
