I should probably not admit that I know little to nothing about tannin structures, back bites, nose of cherries/ blackberries, and whatever it is that the more sophisticated wine lovers know and learned while I had my nose in the books instead of the glass (and for which I salute them and wish I knew what they all do and probably never will) but I love, love this wine... This is probably one of THE best things I have bought in years; I feel as if I have committed robbery at this price and I am so appreciative to Wine Chateau, not only for this beautiful wine, but for the fabulous value and for the incredibly lightning fast shipping! I LOVE YOU! If you are thinking of ordering but afraid you may not get you order in time for a function, you likely will! I am not close to them and received my order (a case) in crazy fast time-less than 5 days across the country, which means they don't cr-p around; they process pronto! THANK YOU!

I served this wine recently at a party, along with three other reds I liked. This was the one wine people singled out and raved about. I agree with others on here. This tastes like a much more expensive wine. I highly recommend it.

It has a lot of berry flavors coming right through along with a round finish on your palate. The only thing you may feel missing is the complex tannin structure of more sophisticated red wines.

Highly recommend this wine. A great value. Lots of fruit, nose of cherries and blackberries. Smooth and silky slightly oaky finish. The wine tastes like it should be far more expensive than it really is.

I bought 12 cases of wine. One case of "Spanish Quarter Cabernet-Tempranillo" which I have never received. Instead, I receive all 12 the same Italian wine with same price.

I can not comment on the Wine.

Whether it’s our rich Chardonnay-Albariño, or our silky Cabernet Sauvignon-Tempranillo, our wines are ideal for dinner parties, picnics, or raising a toast to good times and good friends, while putting everything else off until … mañana. ¡Salud!

Technical Notes After harvesting, The Spanish Quarter red grapes are crushed into stainless steel tanks, where they undergo a period of cold maceration that helps preserve and retain the character of each variety and maximize its fruit expression. The wine is then finished with a light touch of oak.

Food Pairing Soft cheeses, bbq beef, lamb or chicken, and tomato-based pasta sauces.
