The Spanish Quarter Cabernet Tempranillo blend is a deep purple-red color with a nose of dark cherry and blackberry, and hints of exotic spice and chocolate. The full and silky palate reveals layers of juicy ripe berry fruit, dark chocolate, and a touch of sweet oak on the finish.
LOVED LOVED this wine, very smooth
This is still our family favorite after four years of "regular use". The description is accurate and the price makes it a real value wine.
I should probably not admit that I know little to nothing about tannin structures, back bites, nose of cherries/ blackberries, and whatever it is that the more sophisticated wine lovers know and learned while I had my nose in the books instead of the glass (and for which I salute them and wish I knew what they all do and probably never will) but I love, love this wine... This is probably one of THE best things I have bought in years; I feel as if I have committed robbery at this price and I am so appreciative to Wine Chateau, not only for this beautiful wine, but for the fabulous value and for the incredibly lightning fast shipping! I LOVE YOU! If you are thinking of ordering but afraid you may not get you order in time for a function, you likely will! I am not close to them and received my order (a case) in crazy fast time-less than 5 days across the country, which means they don't cr-p around; they process pronto! THANK YOU!
Admit to always buying when offered as a promotion, which of course it does not need. Incredible value and a stable table wine.
This is a really solid value, with smooth tannins and a great bargain.
This wine has a great nose and a smooth, fruity flavor. Very delicious! I would definitely recommend this and especially at this price.
I served this wine recently at a party, along with three other reds I liked. This was the one wine people singled out and raved about. I agree with others on here. This tastes like a much more expensive wine. I highly recommend it.
I served this with several other wines at a party and this was the one wine that people raved about. It's a great buy.
You cannot find a better wine for the price.
This has been a family favorite for the past three years. I don't know why it's not more widely available. The description is right on!
This wine goes good with everything. Let it breath for a few minutes and you have an awesome tasting wine for the money.
Let breathe for 35 minutes and this wine will impress. Outstanding value. Would be a great wine for large groups, outstanding wine for the price.
THIRD CASE! A PERFECT AND UNPRETENTIOUS RED! SMOOTH, LOTS OF FRUIT, GREAT FINISH AND REASONABLY PRICED. YOU GUYS GET BOTH EARS AND THE TAIL FOR THIS ONE!
I was disappointed in this wine. It was sweet and had an unpleasant after taste.
A bit too acidic. Needs time to mature. Not bad for the price.
great everyday win
A great value. Very fruity and very smooth.I love this wine and it at great price. I give this wine 5 stars Charlie Barre ,VT
It has a lot of berry flavors coming right through along with a round finish on your palate. The only thing you may feel missing is the complex tannin structure of more sophisticated red wines.
This is the third time I have ordered this wine. For the price, it is smooth with little a little back bite but great full flavor.
Highly recommend this wine. A great value. Lots of fruit, nose of cherries and blackberries. Smooth and silky slightly oaky finish. The wine tastes like it should be far more expensive than it really is.
Love this wine. Goes with everything. LC Dix Hills, NY
Very nice red, good value for the money. We really liked it.

I agree with the first reviewer: it's as good as many $15-20 Spanish wines I've had, and better than some. Great buy!
I bought 12 cases of wine. One case of "Spanish Quarter Cabernet-Tempranillo" which I have never received. Instead, I receive all 12 the same Italian wine with same price. I can not comment on the Wine.
Wine Maker Notes The Spanish Quarter wines capture this spirit of mañana – giving time-honored traditions a modern twist by combining native Spanish grapes with international varietals. The resulting blends are both exotic and familiar – the perfect introduction to modern Spanish wine. As fun to discover as having a friendly Spanish local show you the hidden treasures of his town, or happening upon a once-a-year village festival and being invited to take part. Whether it’s our rich Chardonnay-Albariño, or our silky Cabernet Sauvignon-Tempranillo, our wines are ideal for dinner parties, picnics, or raising a toast to good times and good friends, while putting everything else off until … mañana. ¡Salud!
Technical Notes After harvesting, The Spanish Quarter red grapes are crushed into stainless steel tanks, where they undergo a period of cold maceration that helps preserve and retain the character of each variety and maximize its fruit expression. The wine is then finished with a light touch of oak.
Food Pairing Soft cheeses, bbq beef, lamb or chicken, and tomato-based pasta sauces.
