90 Points Wine Advocate: The 2010 Tributo Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Leyda, a region increasingly recognized for this varietal. It too was fermented and raised in stainless steel. A bit fuller in body, denser, and richer, it is a classy Sauvignon that offers outstanding value in a wine.
A suggestion,...for us new wine drinker"s offer 2 bottle of wine for a certain reasonable price, so we can learn to choose our favorites. Thank you.
Great idea, I'll drink to that!
An interesting wine with a very grassy finish. Crisp, not as fruity as other SB.
Great value, better than some one note NZ, over grapefruity Sav Blancs. Has some complexity not normally expected at this pricepoint.
Like it as well or better than other, higher-priced sauvignon blancs.
This is good stuff... love it for the price!
Great value summer sipper. Value for an above average southern hemisphere Sav Blanc. Not as distinct as most Chilean SBs, almost elegant in its finish. I hate to spend big money on white wine and this meets every requirement for a "house" wine at my place
Good performance of this variety is usually associated to rather cool climates and therefore it was foreseeable that this season would be highly favorable for Sauvignon Blanc. This year, the fruit was harvested in three separate batches with a 10 day difference between the first and last batch, thus obtaining a broader spectrum of aromas to experiment with when creating the final blend.
