Aromas of violet, wild cherry, fresh bay leaf and white chocolate lure you in to this dark ruby hued Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich flavors of blackberry, Dutch cocoa, cinnamon, and red currants tease the taste buds and continue on through the mid palate finishing with notes of cappuccino and dark plum.
These guys are famous for telling you this is a $50 bottle and we are selling it for $12.00. Guess what, it's a $12.00 bottle if thats all you can sell it for. Tired of the BS which is why I shop elsewhere now
It's difficult to find a good Cab for 10 bucks...in saying that, this isn't one of them. Nothing special; not in the nose, taste or finish...it's just 'red wine'. Keep on looking!
Average price from October 2011 to December 2012 is US$ 13.00 per bottle, with a high of $14 (at release) and a low of $11. That's some typo!!
There is a big difference in price ...... How soon should this wine be consumed. I don't see a date of bottling on this wine. Tks Es in ME We have not opened the box yet, hoping for an answer soon.

Aged for 10 months on 70% French and 30% American oak, this wine has been fined and filtered to create a smooth, rich, medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine will pair nicely with spicy lamb sliders, portabella mushroom and bacon pizza or a flat iron steak with white cheddar mashed potatoes.
As a young man, Samuele Sebastiani emigrates form Franeta, near Lucca, Italy to America. After living in New York for a brief period, he made his way to California. He began working at various jobs, ending up in the cobblestone quarry on Shcoken Hills, north of Sonoma.
A winery is born…Samuele had saved enough to buy land, grow grapes and begin making fine wine: a craft he learned as a young boy in Italy. For many years, the winery made only bulk wine, to be sold and branded by other, larger wineries in the area.
The youngest of Samuele and Elvira's three children, August Sebastiani soon gained a reputation as one of America's most skilled and innovative winemakers. August and his wife, Sylvia, purchase the family's winery from his father's estate shortly after Samuele's death. August grows the winery as he begins to sell name branded wine to the general public introduces premium varietal wines in popularly priced magnums.
