I ordered this 20 days before Christmas, and it arrived broken and empty a week before Christmas. Despite multiple complaints by phone and email for over a week, and despite me returning the bottle to them to prove that the seal had not been broken nor the cap opened, but rather the bottle itself was cracked, they have not yet sent a replacement. They say on their website that they take the headache out of shopping online, but I've had nothing BUT headaches over this for 8 days now. What does it take to get them to keep their promise that every shipment is insured?
