First the website tell you the item will ship within 2 days after placing order. Thats Good. Then when you check the status 2 days after ordering, they then tell you the item is on backorder. Go back to the website, and it again tells you the item will ship within 2 days. How can you tell a customer the order will ship with in 2 days when they know its backordered? Even funnier, call to place on order for the product on the phone and rep tells you its in stock. Then you come back 4 days after ordering and read tins review. What a crock this company must be.
