If you order from us you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.

Shipping Carrier does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, but do ship to all residential and business addresses.
Shipping & Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. All Shipping Carrier transit times are only in effect after your order is shipped. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

Shipping & handling rates include the cost of cardboard boxes and foam inserts to insulate and protect your wines plus labor and all charges levied by carriers. Please note: Free shipping promotions exclude AK, HI & all International orders.
WineChateau.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed online at no additional cost. Our insurance policy protects our Customers from any damage or lost packages during transit.
It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to WineChateau.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.
