Domestic State Restrictions
Currently, we are NOT shipping to: Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah.

International Shipping Countries
Currently, we are ONLY shipping to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Thailand, United Kingdom.

Shipping will be calculated on a real-time basis by FedEx at the time of check out. FedEx does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, but do ship to all residential and business addresses.

Shipping & Processing Time (Domestic & International)
Most Domestic & International orders ship within 2-4 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. All FedEx Domestic & International transit times are only in effect after your order is shipped. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

• FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
• FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Delivery to all Home addresses
• FEDEX HOME DELIVERY EVENING: Special delivery to all Home addresses between 5:00PM – 8:00PM
• FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER: Delivery within 3 business days excluding holidays & weekends
• FEDEX SECOND DAY: Delivery within 2 business days excluding holidays & weekends
• FEDEX INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY: Delivery within 2 - 5 business days excluding holidays & weekends

Shipping & handling rates include the cost of cardboard boxes and foam inserts to insulate and protect your wines plus labor and all charges levied by carriers. Please note: Free shipping promotions exclude AK, HI & all International orders.

Insurance (Domestic & International)
WineChateau.com automatically provides insurance for each order placed online at no additional cost. Our insurance policy protects our Customers from any damage or lost packages during transit.

Delivery Attempt (Domestic & International)
It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to WineChateau.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.

Wine & Spirits (International Only)
Both wine & spirits can be shipped Domestically, however ONLY wine will be shipped Internationally. If an International order consists of any spirits, your order will automatically be cancelled, or we will only ship wine contents of the order.

Quantity Limits (International Only)
For International orders, all countries require a limit on the amount of wine bottles you can ship. You can order anywhere from 1 – 12 bottles of 750ml size wine only to be shipped to your country. For Domestic shipping, there is no limit of wines or spirits.

Duties & Taxes (International Only)
Domestically, you will incur a 7% tax if shipping only within the state of New Jersey. All other United States are exempt. All International orders will incur duties & taxes. The cost of the duties & taxes will depend on the country you are shipping to. All duties & taxes will be displayed and added before you place your International order. You will not incur any additional fees at the time of delivery.

Credit Card Security (International Only)
For all International orders, we can only ship to your billing address of your credit card, or if the alternate shipping address provided is on file with your credit card company. If not, please call your credit card company and have the representative place the alternate shipping address on file. As this is a common practice among most retailers online, the process will take only 3 -5 minutes. These measures protect your identity and the goods that you are shipping. All International orders will be verified by WineChateau.com prior to shipping.
