Most Riesling wines run sweet, especially lower-end ones, but dryer Rieslings are also available for those looking to try this multi-dimensional wine. The most notable flavors include apricot, peach, nectarine, pear, apple, pineapple and lemon. Its strong aromas range from honey, ginger and citrus blossom to petrol and rubber more commonly found in aged varieties.
