Ansac cognacs are produced by Jules Gautret, established in 1847 and later acquired to form Unicognac. Their spirits are made from grapes from the Petite Champagne and Fins Bols regions of France. Ansac VS ("very special") cognac is their youngest expression that they suggest serving neat or with ice. They further suggest looking for flavor notes of dried fruits and lime blossoms.
