Amber. Faintly fruity, honeyed rye toast and oak barrel aromas follow through to a dry, round medium-bodied palate with caramel, toasted oak, cola nut, and faint peppery spice. Finishes with a dry, pepper, whisky barrel note and some caramel sweetness. Nice wood presence throughout.
Brugal Anejo is a brown rum distilled from fermented molasses. It is mixed from a blend of rums aged 3 to 5 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels.A full taste tempered by at least three years in a barrel. Enjoy this rum with a little ginger beer and a slice of lime. It also mixes well with almost any tropical fruit.
