Nectar Impèrial is the outcome of a special assemblage of the three grape varieties built around the structure of the Pinot Noir. It was designed to preserve the fresh taste of champagne while offering a subtle sweetness. Lightly sweet, with ripe apple, honey and candied citrus peel flavors. It's round and accessible, with a fresh finish. For fans of the style.

Wine Maker Notes 87 Points Wine Spectator:"Yellow-gold with a faint peach skin tinge. Peach, nectarine and spun sugar on the nose. Lush, creamy flavors of sweet pit fruits and melon are deepened by notes of honey and nougat. A touch of orange peel lifts this sappy, off-dry wine, which finishes on a slightly syrupy note. This is easier to drink and less cloying than many examples of sweet Champagne."
