Hi. My mother is 91 years old and just called to tell me that Carlo Rossi is GOING OUT OF BUSINESS! Please say it isn't so! She lives on her own in Paradise, CA. I live in Birch Bay, WA. First of all, is this information correct? And secondly, is it possible for me to order cases of your Vin Rose to be delivered to her, here or at another site online? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Mom and Dad always said "You can eat, if you're drinking water. Or you can dine, if you're drinking wine." With Dad gone these last 8 years, her glass of wine with dinner is one of the few pleasantries she has left. Thanks for your help.
All the best,
Wine Maker Notes
A wine as delicate as its name, Carlo Rossi® Blush combines a light, crisp mouthfeel with subtle flavors of fresh fruit. Overall, this is a bright and very refreshing wine with a clean finish.

Rose wines may be produced in a number of different ways, depending on the desired results. Most Rose wines are the result of crushing red grapes early on so they are not able to impart their color – but the young sweet juice they leave is delightfully fruit forward and light tasting.
Carlo used to enjoy this wine with Greek Salad—romaine lettuce sprinkled with salty Mediterranean olives, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. You may also want to try pairing it with a nice antipasto of salami, mortadella, sliced provolone, and melon wraped with prosciutto di Parma.
