Technical Notes Brut Rose is an assemblage of 50 growths blended in the same way as cuvée Brut. Then a small proportionof red wine from the Champagne region is added to give the wine its colour and fruity flavour... A perfectbalance is achieved over the course of slow ageing in Piper-Heidsieck’s chalk cellars.
