Awesome! Tried other brand mead to try to bring back the taste of our trip to Ireland, but others fell flat.

It's deliciously sweet with a punch at the end.

Just returned from an awsome trip to Ireland, and of course attended the Bunratty Castle banquet where I bought a small bottle of mead. I stashed it in my carry on, and sure enough Irish security confiscated it, which made for a depressing trip back...until I found Bunratty Mead at the Wine Chateau. Delicious drink...! All the stores in Ireland had this mead from Bunratty. On our last stop in Ireland we finally got some. It was DELICIOUS!!! The 1 liter bottle was gone soon after it was opened. If you enjoy sweet-sweet wines, then this white wine based mead is for you.

Recently returned from Ireland, and attended the Bunratty Castle Banquet. The drink of choice was this wonderful meade, with a sweet taste to tantilize the taste buds. I really wanted to purchase this wine as a souvenir, but could not pack it in my luggage.
