Country: Italy Region: Veneto Vinification: The Merlot grapes are traditionally vinified with a long maceration of the skins in the must for 12 days; 30% of the new wine is aged in American oak barrels. The Pinot Noir grapes are also vinified traditionally, with a maceration period of about 8 days.
