Mexico - Barrel aged for 3 months in white oak casks imported from Kentucky. The wood gives a delightfully smooth finish when sipped straight and brings out the flavor of Mexico when mixed in a cocktail.
Pale yellow tint, and a mild, lightly fruity scent.. Smooth, silky feel. This Tequila finishes moderately smoky, with a lingering hint of caramel. Very nice. Good value for a reposado.— K.N.
Classic fruit and vanilla balance with notes of sandalwood and nutmeg; perfectly balanced and inviting flavors, including cooked pears, cinnamon and clove, with a high acid finish with ripples of vanilla.
Tequila is only as good as the men who make it, the Jimadors. Jimador is the name given to a master harvester of the agave plants used to make tequila. These proud workers, whose skills have been passed down for generations, are the heart of el Jimador Tequila. It is their hard work and their proud dedication to craftsmanship - knowing precisely the right time when the agave is ready to be harvested - that is the inspiration. And, it’s to them that every glass of el Jimador Tequila is toasted. Salud!
