Domaine Costa Lazaridi Amethystos Cava

The very low yield per hectare of a uniquely selected Cabernet Sauvignon is the cradle of this deep-red overflowing wine. Cava Amethystos matures for 15-18 months within new oak barrels from the Allier woods in France, then ages undisturbed in its bottle, in specially arranged underground cellars, for another 24 months.
