This variety, well known since Roman times, has been grown for more than two centuries on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, and has found an ideal location there.Vinification: "in bianco” (without skins), using the Charmat method. This spumante is a perfect example of the Mionetto style, with that full and consistent perlage which characterises all the spumantes it produces.
