Deep and intense ruby red, mouthfilling, with a lengthy buildup of flavors and culminate in a satin textured finish.
Estate bottled, 98% Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand selected grapes from the best bunches of the Camporaiolo vineyard. Controlled temperature fermentation with frequent "rimontaggi" in stainless steel. Aging in barriques for about 24 months and another 24 months refining in the bottle before release. Can be cellared for 10 to 15 years.
