Slightlygolden with delicate and persistent bubbles. Delicate nose of tropical fruit, with markednotes of toasted nuts.
(60% Chardonnay/40% Pinot Noir). The grapes come from Valentin Bianchi's Dona ElsaEstate and Las Parades Estate. The soil is sandy and calcareous of alluvial origins. Thegrapes were hand-picked. Made in the traditional French Champenoise method, the wineis aged 1 year on the lees in the bottle, where it undergoes a second fermentation.
