Notes on the Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML

Tasting Notes Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon displays a complex, attractive aroma of ripe cherry and red currant fruit with hints of green olives, cedar, licorice, and oak vanillin. The wine's rich, smooth, medium-bodied flavors are balanced by supple tannins and augmented by subtle vanilla oak tones. This delicious, approachable cabernet is ready to drink now, but will develop further complexity with 2-3 years' additional aging.

Technical Notes Trinity Oaks 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified from a blend of 50% coastal grapes from the Monterey county growing region and 50% from the Lodi region (San Joaquin County), California's largest premium winegrowing area.
