Tasting Notes A rich and luscious sherry that features sweet aromas and flavors of raisings, dark caramel, coffee, baked apples and dark chocolate. Powerful and smooth the finish ends of notes of sweet dried fruit and candied citrus.
Technical Notes After fermentation, the cellar master will categorize the wine as Oloroso, which requires additional fortification to 20% alcohol. After aging in barrel for a minimum of eight years, the cellar master will add a small amount of Moscatel, which adds softness and sweetness.
