Broadbent Vinho Verde 750ml

Broadbent Vinho Verde

This is a true classic Vinho Verde, non vintage and made to drink on the spot! It is light in color with a slight spritz from bubbles. On the nose it is refreshing, light and lively, on the palate it is also light (only 9% alcohol] and delicious. It is very "more-ish," an English tasting term meaning that you want to drink more of it! In fact, it is so light, refreshing and easy to drink, it's a good thing it is low alcohol. The acidity is refreshing, and the wine is great fun

A fresh and spritzy white that shows zesty aromas and flavors of green apple, citrus and minerals.

(Loureiro, Trajadura and Pederna also known as Arinto) The fruit was sourced from the Vinho Verde region, which stretches from the Spanish border to south of Oporto. The vines are planted on hillsides of acid rich, granite based soils with areas of schist or slate and clay. To preserve the trademark fizz of Vinho Verde, Bartholomew ships the wines in refrigerated containers.
