A stunning limited-edition añejo. The golden color and caramel scent hint at what’s to come: sweet agave flavor, a lingering whisper of smoke and mellow notes of tropical fruit, Sauternes and butterscotch.— K.N.
Super quality tequila at probably the best price I could find. I live my life by this tequila and wouldn't buy anything else. This is close to 100 points.
Like sipping the best filtered water available, "Just That Smooth"!
The very best of the sipping tequilas regardless of price. Smooth, vanilla notes that will have you rethinking how you drink tequila. Wine Chateau made it easy at a great price!
Just received my much awaited bottle of Don Julio 1942. It's a little pricey, so I've tried to trick my palate into accepting other lesser prices sipping tequilas, but so far no luck, I'll have to stick with this one because nothing I've had so far can beat it for sipping tequila.
Great Tequila. Another to try which is lower cost but absolutely excellent. Don Eduardo Anejo.
Best tequila I have ever tasted. I don't want to drink anything else. To me it tastes like butterscoth. It is so smooth. No afterbite. I wish I could afford to stock up on hundreds.
Excellent tequila, excellent price. I'm so happy!
An amazing anejo tequila and an excellent price. Thank You Wine Chateau!!!
This Tequila, without any doubt whatsoever, is the finest Tequila that I have ever had the pleasure to sip. If you are looking for a cheap Tequila that you can gulp down, with the usual lime and salt in attendance, then get something else. This is a delicious, smooth, and exquisite sipping Tequila. Also, don't cheat yourself by adding anything else to it...you will lose the nuances that you get when you taste it unadulterated. The best, and the finest that I have ever sipped...comparable to the best single malt whiskey, or a Pappy Van Winkle 21 years. Fantastic job.
This is by far the best tequila i have ever had. The price is amazing.... I would tell everyone about this tequila.
Don Julio González began his journey in the world of tequila in 1942. He soon realized that to create a tequila that stands apart, one must control every aspect of the process, from the cultivation of the agave to the bottling of the final product. He then established his distillery, La Primavera, and spent nearly forty years perfecting the craft that would produce extraordinary tequila with every bottle. At first, Don Julio only shared his tequila with friends. But soon word spread, and Tequila Don Julio quickly became the most sought after tequila in Mexico. Today, the world is learning what Mexico already knows: that it is passion above all else that makes a great tequila.
