Villa Zarri Acquavite di Chardonnay Brandy

This wine brandy is colorless, limpid and crystalline. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas of pear, banana, apple, and plum with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency. In the mouth is intense with alcohol pungency which tends perceptible to dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and banana. Quest'acquavite is distilled pot still "Charentais" and aged for at least 10 months in steel vats.

Made by distilling wine produced from Tebbiano and Emilia-Romaga, Villa Zarri Brandy is the result of painstaking empirical work coupled with rigorous scientific research with one goal in mind- the production of Italy's finest spirit. The first element of production of the brandy is the quality of the wine to be distilled, ans it should be stressed that all wine is suitable for this purpose. The ideal base wine should be perfectly clear, low in aromatic content, high in acidity, and quite resistant to oxidation.
