This sparkling wine is made from 100% Loire grapes. Because of its northern location, the grapes maintain a high level of acidity. After fermentation, a portion of the juice is removed and the rest remains in contact with the skins to produce a beautiful pink color. Consistency and quality are carefully monitored to create very fine bubbles. The dosage has been perfected to make a clean, fruity but dry sparkling wine of extraordinary quality at a very attractive price.

This is a great rose, especially for the price. I had it in a restaurant in Vegas and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could purchase a bottle online for the same price as the glass in the restaurant--I was thinking it was a much more expensive wine.

This is a GREAT sparkler for the money. I've found it very difficult to get good everyday bubbly in this price range, but this is it. Nicely dry with good flavor and a beautiful salmon color.

Everybody marveled at the gorgeous salmon pink color, the typical Loire Valley fines bulles or small bubbles. Delicate and elegant, with faint notes of berries and ripe fruit, and a good acidity that, as it enhances the taste of the grapes, prserves the wine from being cloying.
