Grand Reserve Cava produced with wines from the best harvests of the Macabeo and Parellada varieties. The high percentage of Macabeo preserves its youth during its long ageing. Its strong ageing aroma in the bottle, shows a perfect combination between sugar and acidity. Potent in the mouth and elegant on the palate with a long finish.

The opening aromas are from aging on the lees, lightly smokey, with touches of biscuit or bread, which are followed by hints of honey, fruit and flower petals. The palate is excellent, fruity and full of flavor, with dried fruits delivering a delightful sense of abundance.
