Technical Notes (90% Serine/10% Viognier) From 100 plus year old Serine vines, from Coteau de Bassenon and Coteaudu Tupin. The terraced vineyards are planted on granite and gneiss with white mica in the Cote Blondeand dark mica in the Cote Brune. The fruit is completely de-stemmed. Traditional vinification withpunching of the cap by foot and pumping over. Aged 24 months in oak.
