This vodka is produced in small batches using organic white corn. The process is done by carefully in a process that takes 20 days. Cold-water sweet mash fermentation is used and the vodka goes through seven distillations. Finally, it is polished using water that is rich in limestone.
The infused flavors in this vodka are very strong. There is no doubt about the freshness of the cucumber and lime in here. It’s flavorful enough that it really doesn’t need to be mixed with anything. Serve it over ice, with some club soda if you’d like to dilute it.
