Sourced from a five acre lemon grove that is cultivated using only organic fertilizers and copper sulfate. Made in the traditional manner, the lemon peel is macerated in neutral grain alcohol for 3-4 days and then blended with simple syrup.

Limoncello di Positano is produced from the peels of the Sfusato Amalfitano, an elongated spindle-shape lemon only found in the Amalfi Coast. The 5 acres of lemon groves sit at an altitude of 330-985 feet and are cultivated using only organic fertilizers and copper sulfate.
