The wines of Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits are expressed with much purity by their freshness and the intensity of the red and black fruits: currant, raspberry, blackcurrant. Drunk in its opened out youth, but all the same not too early, the pinot is quite fruity, evolving then to the fur and the Underwood. It can be accompanied by a roasted red meat, of a sauté of veal Marengo, of a fricassee of rabbit in mustard sauce or of a cheese to the discrete perfume.
