This wine has a strong red color with intense purple reflections. The nose has abundant ripe fruit, dominated by black currant and raspberry and a hint of spiciness and leather as it ages. On the palate it is elegant with soft, velvety tannins.
Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Cold pre-fermentation for 2 days and then a 2-3 week long post-fermentation maceration. Aging is for 10 months in 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in tanks, bottled with light filtration and no fining.
