Castello del Poggio Moscato d'Asti 750ml

Castello del Poggio Moscato d'Asti

Golden straw in colour with a fine fizz, the wine has floral and fruity aromas with a hint of musk. Flavours of grapes, lychee and turkish delight are kept in balance by fruit acidity with some honey on the lingering finish. A lightweight easy drinking style.

Sweet but not at all cloying; well-balanced and with an extremely refined fruitiness. Winemaker Notes Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 5% alcohol. Then the grape's natural sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics. Food Pairings Excellent at the end of a meal with desserts or fruit (especially fruit salad). Also delicious with ice cream

ALCOHOL LEVEL5% vol.

Excellent at the end of a meal with desserts or fruit (especially fruit salad). Also delicious with ice cream, or just on its own as an accompaniment to conversation among friends.

I tried this wine at Olive Garden the first time and fell in love with it. It is an excellent white if you like sweet wines. I keep it in the house. The roscato is an excellent red, also kept in the house. Wine Chateau is awesome, I would be lost without them.

I tried this for the first time at Olive Garden a few years ago, and it has been a FAVORITE of mine ever since! Olive Garden also has the Rose version, called "Roscato" (sp?) in this brand now and it is delicious as well. I've ordered bottles of this online, bought them from Olive Garden, and have also found it at a specialty liquor warehouse here in Texas, called Spec's. My sister lives in Arlington, TX and she said she actually found this brand at some of the QuikTrip gas stations there.

We also tried this as a free sample wine of the day at Olive Garden and it has a phenomenal taste. Ordered 4 bottles a couple of weeks ago and will most likely have to order more after Christmas!

Sorry but don't have any info on local availability on this product. However, WineChateau.com can directly ship this to you.
Wonderfully easy on the palatte. I tried this wine at the Olive Garden as a wine of the day sample. It's not too fruity with no aftertaste at all. I would recommend this to anyone!
Moscato is my favorite wine of all of them, But this Maker Castello doesn't compare to The Gallo Family that is sold in regular Oaken Keg, Brown Jugg or your regular Liqour Stores. My Husband and I tried this at an Olive Garden in Orange County, LA. I must say, after dinner I felt like I have just visited a Chateau in Italy.
Best wine ever! I sampled this wine at Olive Garden and since then no other would do for me. Kudos to Olive Garden!
This was shared with our friends. It required 4 bottles of this incredible wine to even come close to saying enough. Pure delight
a fantastic and delightful taste
