Notes on the Bodegas Portia Ribera del Duero 750ML 2006

Wine Maker Notes Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures ranging between 77-82ºF. Malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in new French barrels for 10 months. The wine is released after 8 months of further refinement in bottle.

Technical Notes 14% abv

Food Pairing An ideal match with grilled meats, roasted vegetables and hard cheeses.
