Creamy foam and persistent perlage. Golden yellow colour with very faint greenish tinges. Fine and complex bouquet with notes of citrus, honey and a spicy finish.
A classic sparkling wine made only in the finest vintages using the "metodo classico” approach, which employs the same techniques applied in the Champagne region of France.Vinified according to the same methods used to produce white wine and left to develop in stainless steel for six months before undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorged no less than 36 months after "tirage” (second fermentation).
Very versatile: an ideal aperitif; excellent poured with hors d’oeuvres, Asian-inspired cuisine, sushi, fish and poultry dishes.
