ntense yellow color. The nose is powerful and ripe with creamy, vanilla overtones and floral notes. On the palate the wine shows excellent structure and weight with an intense and complex finish.
The Soave (monte Foscarino) vineyard is planted on steep hills of basaltic lava. Cold pressed, the must is allowed to settle for 12 hours. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in French oak new barriques (30% new). Prior to racking, lees stirring is carried out every 6 weeks for about 6 months. Filtration, through a coarse filter (without fining) occurs prior to bottling.
