Notes on the Montgras Carmenere Reserva 750ML

Wine Maker Notes Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-April. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After the maceration period, 60% of the wine is aged for seven months in French and American (40/60) oak barrels.
