Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and French oak vats. Long post-fermentationmaceration period. Seventy-five percent of the mixture was aged in new French oak barrels for 14months.
Pairs well with a holiday duck or goose, cheese appetizers and rich chocolate desserts.
