While many expensive brands feel that three times through the still is plenty, we’ve found that four cycles yields a spirit of optimal purity, neutrality and character. While vodka can be distilled from just about any organic material that yields starch, our thorough research and experimentation has confirmed that there’s nothing better than yellow #2 corn grown right here in the American Midwest. Our water is drawn from the deep aquifers of Princeton, Minnesota—not far from the headwaters of the great Mississippi River. Unwanted minerals are removed using a technique called “three-bed deionization.” For a bit of sweetness we only use real sugar, never corn syrup.
