It displays, on the nose, very concentrated aromas of citrus, herbs and grass, with pleanty of fresh, clean acidity on the palate. The finish lingers and invites another sip.

A special cuvee created from 30-50 year old vines planted on clay and limestone. The must was chilled before fermentationand allowed to rest on its fine lees for 12 hours.
