Made from 90% cabernet sauvignon and 10% syrah, grapes are sourced from vineyards selected for their intense fruit quality and firm tannins. The wine is aged in small oak barrels, adding richness and complexity.
The wine is deep ruby in colour with focussed currant, blackberry and cracked pepper spice. The wine finishes with sweet smoke and a hint of vanilla. Serve with red meats, game and grilled poultry.
