Hints of mineral and flint gently sweep over aromas of citrus flower and lime.Rich texture with apricot emerging over the lime and floral characters. Although sweet, the bright acidity leads to aclean and persistent finish.
The Riesling is planted on Lochar soil (shallow, fine and sandy loam), which is a fan soil of schist gravel with thinloess covering. Whole bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The fermentation was halted whenthe optimal balance was achieved.
