Aromas of grapefruit, guava and pineapple with a hint of jasmine and lemongrass. Thepalate shows honeydew, juicy grapefruit, green apple and stone fruits, marked with richness and a hint of sweetness thatevolves into a bright, fresh acidity.
The clones and yeasts originate from the Alsace region of France. Whole cluster pressed and after cold settling inoculated withyeast. Fermented in stainless steel.
