This cuvée has aromas of freesias, baked pear, melon and citrus peel enhanced with notes of toast and vanilla. The wine is elegantly structured, round and flavorful with the long creamy finish that is the hallmark of Domaine Carneros wines.

The Brut cuvee has wonderful fruit aromas and elegant balance.

Our Winemaker believes this is the best oyster wine in the world; however, it complements a wide variety of seafood and poultry dishes and goes surprisingly well with fillet mignon. It is also a superb match for Asian cuisine.
