The Reserve is a classic example of concentrated and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc displaying powerful aromas of currants, wild grass, and fresh lime threaded with exotic herb notes. An explosive, concentrated palate gives way to a long mineral and steely finish with sleek acidity.
Hand harvested bunches were destemmed and crushed. For maturation, the juice was then left on the lees for two months until it was racked to ferment in a tank. Subsequently, the resulting wine was gently fined out and filtered before bottling.
