Justin Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 750ml

Justin Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is from United States, California region, San Luis Obispo sub-region and Paso Robles appellation. CABERNET SAUVIGNON Wine

Color: Ruby red core with a bright crimson rim. Aroma: Ripe black and red fruit: blackberry, raspberry, cherry. Oak notes of toast and vanilla are forthcoming and generous. Palate: Red berry and sweet black plum, dry and palate filling, with modest tannins and a well-structured, lingering finish.

Darkly colored with aromas of dark cherry, plum, all spice, cinnamon, and leather with an underlying earthy touch of forest floor. A soft, fruit-forward entry combines with balanced acidity and smooth tannins to coat the mouth with a multitude of flavors. Layers of red and black fruit segue into a finish accented by vanilla notes from barrel aging in new American oak. Very approachable, and very easy to like…a real winner!
