Aroma: Gentle notes of agave with oaky tannins complimented with licorice and clove.Taste: Silky and rich with vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and custard flavors. Also has notes of almond and cherry. Finishes with a little sweetness and lingering oak.Aging: Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak forfourteen to fifteen months to achieve a subtle wood character finely balanced with agave.
Pair with desserts such as flan, custard, butterscotchpudding or chocolate. Also pear or apple tarts andcherry desserts.
