Very clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is very light and only tempers the agave without masking it.Aging: Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak toachieve only a light touch of wood. This allows the full range of agave aroma and taste characteristics to be delicately balanced with the oak.
