Deep crimsoncolored, it offers aromas of toasted bread, mineral, violets, blackcherry, and blueberry. Velvety on the palate, it has layers of savorydark fruit, rich flavors, excellent balance and a pure finish.
This wine is 100% un-oaked Monastrell. The best bunches arehand-picked and gently crushed. The skins and stems aremacerated before and after fermentation, for a total of 14 days. Thewine aged 3 months in stainless steel before bottling.
